FTOPS Event 1

okay I charged up now. I have made it into my first major online tournament. At least I consider it major. Event #1 of the FTOPS coming up on Nov 7th.



I am revved up for this and hope I don't donk out of this to bad LOL.

Today in just a few going to be doing the WBCOOP on pokerstars. Going to see a bunch of regulars there and should be fun.

Surprised the heck out of myself by lasting until 200th out of 1337 in the WBCOOP I felt good about it although no prizes. I went on to rail Kat and then Surflexus who did a great job of lasting until 29 and got himself an IPOD, although I bet at one point he was probably thinking PCA.

Haven't posted since mid august, dang this year end activity at work. Keep me hoping at the office and remotely at home but that is done, finally. At least during that time I have my work laptop and personal laptop side by side, so work on one and poker sits on the other :)

Been getting to more final tables and a couple of more cashs in the regular weekly tourneys so doing okay.

the lone chip

I let my self get brought in to call to leave me with one chip and a chair early in the MATH against the host himself hoyazo. flopped a pair kings and at the turn had me a medium straight draw when a brick got dunked on the river but Hoy bet 1084 to my 1085 stack and said to myself, what the heck lets see how this turns out. BAM beat by a straight to the Ten LOL. One little ol' chip left. Could I do the ultimate Chip and A Chair. Well with my lone chip got me pocket rockets and, hold on to your horses I quadrupled up to 4 whole chips. LOL. Next hand K3 lost out to Iakaris and my one hand rally comeback was done LOL.

Oh well, i get to go to bed early and glad I don't take this to seriously and don't Helmuth it out.

Until the next tourney , the Mook, and maybe finally cash it.

back in town , oh well lol

yeap, got back yesterday, Sunday from a great trip to Panama City Beach. Got to get up close with dolphins in the open ocean and can't wait for the pictures to get developed. Lisa got in the water with them and got some great shots. These are not your penned up, or research site dolphins or trained dolphins. These are your open water untrained dolphins and was just to kewl to experience.

The whole four days we did nothing but soak up some good fun, good sun, good food and great drink. No connections to anything. So stress free and relaxing.
