been a while..

since my last post, just got busy I guess but the BBT is over and I for one say that I had a great time and look forward to continuing my play with the great bunch of people even if there are no points on the line.

I ended up 12th in points and from my prespective i feel that is not to bad for a rookie in this type of structure. Heck if this were Nascar I would be in the final batch going for the cup in the last 1o races :)
Congrats go to Bayne for ending up on top of the leaderboard and taking first place. Everyone there was and is great to play with and gives me challenges that I need to hone my game, especiallly after Hoy's write up on me which I actually appreciate.

I do look forward to being in the rakeback freeroll for nice chunk of change I hope to get. And until recently I did not know that riverchasers had a point structure and so far I am still in the running for a freeroll and have not played all the events so I kind of like that.

Last Monday was the first tourney not BBT related playing the MATH tourney and I wish I of course would have loved to have cashed in it but came respectively close for myself with an 11th place finish, so my guess is that without points as one of the goals my play has changed up a bit and I did find my self taking more chances to chip up. Hoy may need to redo his write up analysis eventually LOL .

Well time to get ready for the Mook tonight, since I have to work tomorrow and can't celebrate toooooo late, sucks when the 4th is smack dab in the middle of the week but WOOHOOO next year it is on a Friday, party weekend LOL.

It was interesting playing online last week only for the fact I was in Houston for work and the hotel connection was not bad but had to renew the connection every 24 hrs and it fell during each play of the a tournament. Yes during the MATH, The MOOK and the RIVERCHASER event I got knocked off and had to go through the long renewal and restarts to connect back up . Needless to say once I was back on line my stack was greatly reduced by blinds and some ante's. So had to try my best to come up from the short stacks, yeah that was fun each night lol.
